1. Are you able to claim multiple kits at once ingame?

Yes. If you have bought multiple kits you will be able to claim all of them at once without a extra cooldown.

2. Will I have access to my season rank if a season ends?

Yes your rank will automatically switch over to a new season. If you bought a monthly rank this will switch to the new one for the remaining days, lifetime ranks get access to all season ranks for life. The new season rank contains the same items, just a different theme and skins.

3. Can I hide my rank chat tag ingame?

Yes you are able to hide your chat tag ingame by typing /tags ingame.
